Scholarly Gator Notes
Teachers and staff are really excited about an upcoming shift in pedagogy. Beginning in the fall of 2007, we will be exercising our intellect and expanding our horizons. From the administration to PK-Grade 5, we will be implementing an Interdisciplinary Curriculum approach to teaching. The goal of this implementation is essentially to engage all scholars at higher levels as they reach their educational goals in a setting that promotes and encourages deep thinking. Strategies commonly considered to be reserved for only those identified as Gifted and Talented, such as utilizing elements of Depth and Complexity, will now be available to all scholars.
